Oakton® CON 110 Standard Meter
Manufacturer: Oakton Instruments
The Oakton® CON 110 standard conductivity and Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) meter is a handheld meter that comes with CyberComm software for data transfer and printing. The meter is commonly used to measure conductivity and TDS of a substance in pure and sea water testing and treatment, and to test hard water, untreated water and incoming process water in laboratory and industrial applications. It is used in the industrial arena to check pollution control, metal finishing, cooling tower water, boiler water, brines, rinse tanks, ponds, re-circulating systems, and wastewater, This meter features single or multi-point, push-button calibration with auto-ranging across five ranges, with one point per range, for fast response and resolution across a wide range of results. The meter has the choice of manual or ATC for accuracy. It has an RS232 communication port and print key to facilitate printing of data. It has a hold function for ease of recording readings, an auto/off function that shuts the meter off after 20 minutes of nonuse, and the meter displays error messages. Its dual-line LCD display shows conductivity and temperature simultaneously. It has a built-in memory with storage for up to 100 data sets. The meter is 7.5(l) x 3.5(w) x 1.75(h) inches, and weighs 1.0 lb. It has up to 200 hours of continuous use with four 1.5-V AAA batteries (not included), or an AC adaptor (not included). The CyberComm software (included) is used with common software programs such as LOTUS 123, Excel or DBASE in Windows. The meter has a RS-232 port that is compatible with printers that have a 9-pin or 25-pin RS232 serial port. It comes with a probe 35608-50 (K=1.0) and probe holder. (Sample Photo Shown.
