Chief Master Sergeant Jason Anderson (Ret.) serves as Director of Operations for Thermal Scientific. Backed by 29-years in the United States Air Force, Jason is uniquely qualified to lead Thermal's five sales and distribution branches, ensuring each facility is operating with the manpower, equipment, and resources it needs to exceed the expectations of the company's customer base.
With a keen eye for detail, Jason identifies areas and processes for improvement that improve operational efficiency and build a stronger culture at Thermal.

Born in Eugene, Oregon, Jason moved to Portland at the age of ten, and then left for the Air Force at 19.
While in the military, Jason graduated cum laude from The University of Maryland Global Campus with a Bachelor of Science focused on Human Resource Management, earning his Society for Human Resource Management Certification shortly after. Jason also holds a degree in Non-Destructive Testing Technology.
Jason began his military career as a Non-Destructive Inspection Technician. As his leadership skills became apparent, he began taking on supervisory and leadership roles, collecting awards and accolades along the way.
Deploying seven times, Jason supported Operations NORTHERN WATCH, SOUTHERN WATCH, NOBLE EAGLE, ENDURING FREEDOM, NEW DAWN and INHERENT RESOLVE.
Spending the last 12 years of his career in HR roles, Jason's military career culminated as the Command First Sergeant for Air Combat Command, where he oversaw the health, morale, welfare, and development of over 70,000 USAF Airmen.
Upon his retirement from military service, Jason joined Thermal Scientific in his current role, where his passion for leading teams through both professional and personal challenges is making a big impact.
When he's not supporting Thermal Scientific ops, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife Monica of 26 years, and their three children. His hobbies include classic cars, car shows, softball, fishing, and occasionally binge-watching the latest TV shows.
