Chad Wishert serves as Thermal Scientific’s Co-Owner and Co-CEO along with his brother, Coby. A serial entrepreneur who understands the power of creating a positive customer experience across all touchpoints, Chad focuses on implementing operational efficiencies, innovations and technologies that create deeper customer relationships.
His continual attention to process improvement throughout the organization ensures success on both sides of the table, while his genuine passion for translating bottom-line objectives into realities ensures all stakeholders have positive experiences along the way.

Born and raised in Odessa, Texas, Chad has always had a strong interest in technology, earning Associate’s Degrees in Digital Imaging & Design Technologies and Information Technologies. He also earned a B.S. in Photography from Texas State University, followed by an MBA in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University.
After college, Chad worked as a graphic designer before joining the family business full-time, where he opened and grew Thermal Scientific’s Dallas/Ft. Worth office. Soon promoted to Vice President overseeing company operations, Chad began modernizing technology, defining procedures, and increasing efficiency.
Today as Co-CEO, Chad’s pragmatic leadership style grounds the team while his technological prowess allows him to constantly improve Thermal Scientific’s innovative initiatives—all in service of improving the customer experience.
When not working on his next initiative, you can find Chad spending time practicing martial arts, doing CrossFit, camping, cooking, hiking, hunting and spending time with his wife, their two boys, and the family dog.
